How do I place an order through RemedyRepack?

Once your formulary is established, RemedyRepack is capable of creating an order form for your facility, upon request. Your formulary should list:

  1. Drug Name
  2. Drug Strength
  3. Preferred Count Per Bottle

Our order form will provide designated areas for you to place the order quantity per drug. There will also be a space for you to make revisions, if need be. Once the order form has been created and sent to your facility, the appropriate person from your company will be able to fill the order form out and then send it to RemedyRepack by the following methods:

  • Fax the order to (724) 599-3678
  • E-mail order form to remedyorders@remedyrepack.com
  • Order Online (Please contact our Sapphire-Health team to help you set up an account and to upload your formulary. Sapphire-Health will be able to provide webinar training or on-site training to utilize the program.) This online ordering system makes your ordering process more efficient and quick to use. How do I know if you received my order?

Once your order is placed, within the next business day you will receive a personal e-mail order confirmation from the Customer Service Representative. If you need to make any last minute changes or revisions, please do so at this time. Once you approve or make changes to the Order Confirmation, we ask that you send a return email back to us with your order approval. We will then send your order to production for processing.

How soon can I expect my order to arrive at my facility?

RemedyRepack has an average lead time of 24-72 hours and can send emergency orders within 24-48 hours. Orders are shipped through FedEx and will be delivered to your facility within 3-5 business days.

***Please Note*** If there are any items that we are unable to purchase due to manufacturer's backorder, we will notify you immediately. We will always ship items that we currently have ready for you and then owe you product when it becomes available or offer the next best substitute in hopes to fulfill your order request.
