For stock orders, customers may submit orders to Remedy Repack by email using either their facility order form or a format provided by our customer service team. Orders may also be submitted electronically through compatible dispensing and inventory management software platforms. Orders are fulfilled using either prepackaged Remedy inventory or wholesale products based on customer needs.
Stock orders pulled from on-site inventory are typically processed, packaged, and shipped from our facility within 24–48 hours. Emergency requests may be expedited based on product availability and order timing.
For customer-owned inventory, customers may submit repackaging orders by email along with notification that product will be shipped directly to Remedy Repack. Once received, all incoming products undergo verification, DSCSA transaction review, and Quality inspection prior to release into production.
Customer-owned drop ship orders are typically processed, repackaged, and shipped from our facility within 5–7 business days, depending on product requirements, order volume, and receipt of complete shipment documentation.
All orders undergo final Quality review and release prior to shipment from the facility to ensure packaging accuracy, labeling compliance, and product traceability.
