Stock Ordering

For stock orders, all we require is an email or fax sent to Remedy Repack with the repackaging order on a form created by either your facility or our customer service team. Remedy will fulfill the order with stock drugs via wholesale or repackaging, whichever is requested.

Drop Ship Ordering

For drop ship orders, simply send Remedy Repack an email or fax with the repackaging order and a notification that you will send your own stock drugs for repackaging. Once we receive the customer-owned stock medication, the product is then verified and quality inspected before the production begins.

For all orders, our Quality Control team gives the final release of the product before shipping to your facility. Remedy Repack has an average lead time of 24-72 hours and can send emergency orders within 24-48 hours. Pharmacists are available to recommend alternatives when certain medications are not available.
